I’m interested in what happens when the mind lets go.
When dreams surface. When the body remembers.
When we stop steering, and something older, stranger, and wiser begins to lead.

I trained as a Psychotherapist for a decade, diving into the depths of trauma and the human shadow. I became a BodyMind Maturation Coach, learning how the past runs the present until we dare to see it. I teach Elemental Chi Kung, because sometimes the body speaks more honestly than words ever could.

But the real story? I work where formlessness meets form. Where the unconscious speaks through your dreams. Where the body carries frozen moments of time. Where play and shadow, grief and aliveness, all belong.

My practice is progressive, yes — but also ancient. It’s therapy and it’s not. It’s somatic coaching and it’s not. It’s remembering the wisdom you were born with.

If you’re looking for quick fixes or perfection, I’m not your person.
If you’re curious about what it means to live awake — to meet yourself whole, shadow and all — welcome.
